- Is the Nursery registered with Ofsted? There should be a registration certificate on display
- Are the children happy?
- Does the nursery look clean, bright and attractive?
- Is the children's work on display?
- Are you and your child made to feel welcome?
- Are the staff happy and friendly?
- Are the staff interacting with the children?
- Do the activities and service provided meet your child's needs?
- Does the nursery hold public liability and personal indemnity insurance?
- Are the policies and procedures explained to you?
